If there are any issues with the quality of the items in your order please send us an email so we can help you get a free replacement or refund. Our team will do everything we can to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order.

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and create a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know if it's been approved as a full or reduced refund. A reduced refund may be applied if the returned product has diminished value. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. It can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
