DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY (US, CANADA, UK)

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

Orders will be processed as quickly as possible, in most cases this will be one day. Processing can take up to 3 days based on volume of orders.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges and delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipments can take anywhere from 2 - 10 days depending on the shipping method selected, location, and volume of orders.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Shipping to PO boxes (or APO/FPO) will be fulfilled by USPS in the US and Canada Post in Canada.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after your order is placed, your tracking information will be sent in a follow up email when your order ships out.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Pro-Spin Sports is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

Pro-Spin Sports is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at info@prospin.net so we can help you. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY (OUTSIDE OF US, CANADA, UK)

At this time we only ship to the US, Canada, and the UK.

RETURN POLICY

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery (in US, Canada, and the UK).

If there are issues with the quality of the items in your order please send us an email right away so we can help you get a free replacement. Our team will do everything we can to make things right for you, so that you are 100% satisfied with your order.
