SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Orders received before 11am in local time will ship the same day. Processing can take up to 3 days based on volume of orders. We do not process orders on weekends.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges and delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipments can take anywhere from 2 - 10 days depending on the shipping method selected, location, and size of your order.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an order confirmation shortly after your order is placed. Your tracking information will be sent in a follow up email when your order ships out. If you do not receive our email, please check your Junk folder or contact us at info@prospin.net.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Taxes are calculated at checkout, however any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Pro-Spin Sports is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes applied to your order.
DAMAGES
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us at info@prospin.net so we can help you get a replacement. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods.
RETURN POLICY
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
If there are issues with the quality of the items in your order please send us an email so we can help you get a free replacement. Our team will do everything we can to make things right for you, so that you are 100% satisfied with your order.
