SHIPPING POLICY

 

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

Pro-Spin Sports ships locally in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, and Italy. We ship internationally to most other countries. 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

Orders will be processed as quickly as possible; in most cases, this will be within 1-2 business days. Processing can take up to 3 business days, based on the volume of orders and time of year. We do not process shipments on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges and delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipments can take anywhere from 2 to 14 days depending on the shipping method selected, location, and volume of orders.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an order confirmation shortly after your order is placed, your tracking information will be sent in a follow up email when your order ships out.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Pro-Spin Sports is not responsible for import customs, duties, or taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

Pro-Spin Sports is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please get in touch with us at info@prospin.net so we can help you. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN POLICY

Quality Issues: If there are issues with the quality of the items in your order, please email us immediately so we can help you get a free replacement. Our team will do everything we can to make things right for you so that you are 100% satisfied with your order.

Return Contact Information: Please contact us via email support at info@prospin.net anytime for a return or replacement request.

Return & Refund Process: If you need to return your item for any reason, please email us first. We do not accept returns of used items. Once your return has been approved, please send the product back in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know if it's been approved as a full or reduced refund. A reduced refund may be applied if the returned product has diminished value. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. It can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
